Our 30-Day Guarantee

Every order is backed by our 30-day guarantee, starting from the date your order is delivered.

If you're not happy with it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you.

To process a refund we ask for two things. A quick note about your experience, and a photo of the product showing it's been used.

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date can't be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
